Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (BI & Data Ecosystems) to join our Cloud Infrastructure & Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with GCP and AWS, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, data platforms, and BI infrastructure. This role will focus on building and maintaining reliable, secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting data and analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize GCP and AWS infrastructure, including GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, EC2, and S3.
Operate and maintain production GKE/Kubernetes environments, including networking, security, scaling, and upgrades.
Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
Support Data Lakehouse architecture, data platforms, governance, and analytics workloads.
Maintain and optimize BI platforms such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Grafana and Cloud Operations Suite.
Ensure strong IAM, encryption, network security, and access-control practices.
Develop automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
Deep hands-on experience with GCP and AWS.
Strong Kubernetes/GKE experience, including networking and security.
Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, and Cloud SQL.
Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse architecture and governance.
Hands-on experience with Terraform.
Experience with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
Experience with Grafana and cloud monitoring/observability.
Experience supporting Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI infrastructure.
Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, and network security.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
