Role
10Pearls is seeking an experienced People Success Manager/Lead to lead strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational capability, and align people practices with business objectives. This role will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development while driving data-informed decision-making and AI-enabled HR transformation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional with strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously enhance the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including policies, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and contract management.
- Lead talent review and succession planning initiatives to build a strong internal leadership pipeline aligned with business growth.
- Drive the quarterly and annual performance management cycle, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement employee engagement, retention, promotion, and career development strategies.
- Develop and continuously improve HR frameworks, including job descriptions, KPIs, competency models, and evaluation processes.
- Partner with business leaders to align People Success initiatives with operational priorities and long-term business strategy.
- Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and AI-powered insights to identify trends, measure impact, and support proactive decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the People Success team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation to improve HR processes, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations while promoting best HR practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
- 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with strong expertise in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations.
- Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle and partnering with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, HR analytics, workflow automation, dashboards, and AI-powered HR solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive business decisions and improve people outcomes.
- Experience working within the technology industry or high-growth organizations is strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
