Role 

We are currently seeking an experienced, results-driven Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team, with a primary focus on automation and AI-assisted testing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about quality engineering, cutting-edge technology, and leading high-performing teams.  

Responsibilities 

• Implement and drive agile testing techniques and best practices throughout QA teams  

• Leading QA engineers and automation testers, fostering cross functional collaboration, and ensuring clear test results, metrics, and quality issues to stakeholders.  

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tool and techniques, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.  

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.  

• Leverage AI and Machine Learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.  

• Lead efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) within the team.   

• Oversee planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle and ensuring proper test coverage across releases. Ensure that the process is fully integrated into Agile sprints, emphasizing continuous delivery and test-driven development (TDD).  

• Define and monitor key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.  

• Provide detailed reports on automation test results and system performance, making recommendations for improvemen 

Requirements 

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, including experience as a Test Lead on large-scale enterprise transformation projects. 

• Proven experience leading end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple integrated platforms. 

• Strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing, with the ability to actively contribute to hands-on testing when required. 

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, MindBridge, Validis, and Blades (or comparable enterprise data platforms). 

• Strong understanding of complex system integrations, with experience testing data flows across multiple applications and boundary systems. 

• Experience creating comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and other test artefacts aligned with organizational testing standards. 

• Ability to define SIT and UAT scope, requirements, timelines, entry/exit criteria, and overall testing approach. 

• Experience validating supplier/product readiness before progressing into UAT. 

• Proven ability to coordinate and lead end-to-end, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple product teams and vendors. 

• Experience managing test environments, ensuring environment readiness, test data availability, and release coordination. 

• Strong defect management experience, including triaging, prioritization, tracking, and coordinating resolution across business, suppliers, and technical teams. 

• Experience working closely with business stakeholders to define UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, and success measures. 

• Ability to support and mentor SIT testers while providing leadership throughout the testing lifecycle. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, business users, third-party suppliers, and product owners. 

• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines. 

• Comfortable working in Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery environments. 

• Excellent planning, risk management, estimation, reporting, and test governance capabilities. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present testing status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. 

• Highly adaptable, proactive, confident, and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

• Experience working on SaaS platforms, financial systems, audit solutions, or data analytics platforms is highly desirable. 

• Familiarity with transaction analysis, exception identification, and audit-related workflows is an advantage.
