Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Technical Lead to lead the design and build custom NetSuite solutions, own delivery through testing and go-live, and mentor a team of developers and consultants. Ideal for experienced NetSuite professionals who pair hands-on Suite Script depth with strong finance functional knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom NetSuite solutions aligned with business requirements. 
  • Architect and develop scalable solutions using SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, Suitelets, RESTlets, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and Map/Reduce Scripts. 
  • Own end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. 
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, records, dashboards, and integrations. 
  • Drive solution quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to development best practices. 
  • Mentor and guide NetSuite developers and consultants, fostering technical growth and delivery excellence. 
  • Support estimation, solution design, technical documentation, and project planning activities. 
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within the NetSuite ecosystem. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms and enterprise applications. 
  • Stay current with emerging NetSuite capabilities, product enhancements, and industry best practices. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience across implementation, configuration, customization, and support. 
  • Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and NetSuite customization frameworks. 
  • Proven experience delivering NetSuite solutions from design through production deployment. 
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, customization best practices, and performance optimization. 
  • Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers in a project delivery environment. 
  • Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and provide technical leadership. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams.
